
Our story
We started to write the story of our restaurant one evening in September 2021, when we figured out that we share the same dream. Immediately we started to plan our trip to Nepal to learn how to cook Nepalese and Tibetan meals, which we would introduce to people back home. In March 2022 we packed our backpacks and left for Himalaya for three months. Except for a couple of amazing treks, we did in different corners of Nepal, we found in our base camp in Pokhara an excellent restaurant called Nirvana with a great chef Binay, who shared his cooking magic with us. It was really tough, especially when learning how to pack the dough for MoMo! Finally, we succeeded and after many obstacles, we are happy to cordially welcome you to our Daddy’s MoMo restaurant. We will do our best to serve and treat you as our friends and if you are interested in more information about travelling and trekking in Nepal, we will be happy to share our experience with you. Cause Nepal is deeply rooted in our hearts. It has a unique nature and cultural heritage which are hard to find on any other place in the world. We are very much looking forward to your visit!
